Before you get too excited and imagine your whole\u00a0thesis being written in less than\u00a02 weeks and graduating a whole year earlier than expected, it does say that this is only possible if you know exactly what you want to write about first (which in my mind could take several months). It does however contain some really useful advice on writing in general, and the 10,000 words part is more geared towards those getting to the end of the process.
