We invite papers which address ‘cutting edge’ thinking and research in areas broadly related to the conference theme.
Papers will be 20 minutes plus ten minutes for discussion.

The Cutting Edges conference is a free two-day event hosted by the School of Language Studies and Applied Linguistics for those researching in the fields of applied linguistics, TESOL, modern languages, intercultural communication and education.
We hope to create an atmosphere of stimulating discussion and debate in a convivial, intellectual environment – a summer weekend of challenging talk in the historic city of Canterbury with easy access to both London and Europe.
